The Freshman List Showcase Is Here Featuring September's Hottest Acts
We know, we know... you've been anxiously waiting for the inaugural Freshman List Showcase featuring September's hiphop acts. Well, we have fantastic news for you; the wait is over and it's finally here!
If you recall (and you should), we picked four up and coming hiphop acts that we think are making noise and making waves in the Kenyan hiphop scene. The September Freshman's List consisted of some young and hungry acts including Thayu Mwas, Clinchy Royal, Dyana Cods and Tokyo Sauce. Now, the time has come for them to show you what they are really made of at a live show!
Happening on Thursday, the 24th of October, our first set of freshmen will be taking the stage at the Alchemist Bar as we kick off the Freshman List Showcases. Join Corine and Jinx as they host The Jump Off live on location from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. followed by the freshmen taking the stage. Come through and watch these four amazing acts as they leave it all on the stage for you with the hopes of making it to the All Star Show, to be hosted some time next year. Also, featuring fire sets by DJ Namosky and DJ Andie, this is not one to be missed. That's not even the best part, this Freshman List Showcase is absolutely free!
